I think it’s a bit old, but that’s appropriate for a joke that relies on an anachronism, I suppose.

Seems like this is tacitly complimenting the quality of congressional oversight!

Just think how the3 world would have been different (or at least literature and the movies would have been different) if Troy had not brought the horse through the city walls!
