Sharp man

In case you have little respect for Al Sharpton, and I am in that class, then you should read this piece about how he’s playing Clinton against Edwards against Obama.  You may end up with slightly more respect for him.  If not for his ethos, at least for his rhetorical gunslinging ability, and his importance to the Dems.

Holy Moses. And this is the the only liberal guy that can actually engage Bill OReilley in a civil repartee on his show? His powers truly ARE impressive.

Rev. Al is one of those people that I both love and hate. He is the “black” Bill O’Reilly: he’s full of himself, he’s a jerk, he’s got some clout, he’s got some “mad” rhetorical skills. Whether we like it or not, he knows the poor and working class black community. He speaks their language.

When do you suppose was the last time Rev Al even preached a non-political sermon?? Pilots have to have so many hours of yearly flight time. Would that various reverends would have to log in so many pulpit hours

  4. Would the “Reverend” Al just please go away?

that interview was kind of funny. Not to be stereotypical, but Al is a player. he’s so full of it.

  6. Al Sharpton is a flagrant racist along with Jesse Jackson who makes his living extorting money from large corporations.

No one actually wants Sharpton’s advice. What they want is insurance against his mouth which could burn a campaign down in an instant.

  7. I generally share a similar low opinion of Rev. Al as I do of Bill Clinton, but they are two of the very few prominent Donks that I think I might enjoy spending an evening with out at the pub.
